from yesterday and added carrots,
leeks, courgette (zucchini), garlic and
a little bit of onion. I ended up using
4 eggs and some cheese, herbs and
seasoning and baked it in the oven.
Until set bubbling and golden.
In my oven it took about 45mins
at 180° Celsius.
Oh my, Fiona! That sounds and looks delicious. I am guessing that your 180* is Celsius?

Cooked rice can be added instead of potatoes.
