I have photo's ready to add to my posts - I have tried several times over the last couple of days but its just not working - I keep getting an error triangle

Natural Cleansing

I now use natural unscented olive oil soap - for skincare bodycare and haircare - I do not think I could go simpler than this - having sensitive skin, it has worked well for me - I hope to be able to make my own soon

Clothing

Are you able to open your wardrobe or closet and see everything neatly on their hangers - or are you confronted with a jumbled mass - I have already given away at least 40% of my clothes which were a mix of never worn - hardly worn and older still servicable items - I am acutely aware that more need to go

Needs versus wants

What do we really need? I have this picture in my mind of a sparsely furnished small house with Wooden floors and shutters on the windows - This is my ideal - if I could go back a century or so it would be even better - I adore old paintings and photos that show the simplicity of the past where most people survived with just the essentials
