Some recent baking

Mixed fruit cake with pecans and wholemeal bread rolls

I didn't use a recipe for either of these,
in truth I rarely do.
I bake very much by instinct and like to experiment.

    I have baked from a young age.

    I made these when our weather was a lot cooler last week.

    Hi..o wow that cake looks amazing..bet it tastes good with a cup of tea..i have baked the usual tarts and also brownies but thats it..going to do some more brownies and maybe peanut butter cookies..i love baking and i get the girls involved at every opportinity..

      It is so easy to do especially as the letters are right beside each other on the keyboard.
